NOTES FROM THE BUSINESS MEETING
· Of the $500 that will be donated from the class treasury, it was decided that $250 would be donated to the food bank, and we will wait to see if a need arises in the near future for the other $250. Other suggestions for the remaining $250 are: the choir, the memorial garden and the pastor's discretionary find.
· It was decided that when our class has Food Sunday, then all the families participating should bring an addition food item (or items) for the food bank.

No food sunday...& prayer request
TWO ANNOUCEMENTS
1.) Since the church-wide, fifth Sunday breakast was moved to this upcoming Sunday, June 6th, we will have to cancel our traditional "food Sunday." Regular classes will resume on June 13.
2.) The class has received an anonymous donation in the amount of $1,000. This amount is more than what the class expends in a number of years. For the class to simply keep this overabundance raises moral issues. As a class, we should pray for God's guidance as we decide how to be worthy stewards of this gift.
