Duane has informed me that all Saturdays in May are booked at the church (for Anderson Hall and the kitchen). So our original 5/2 plans for Iron Chef 09 is a no-go.
So give this some thought and lets toss around some alternatives!
Alternatives might be:
Do it sooner (4/18)
Later(June)
In our class room ( no access to kitchen facilities)
Off-site (and where?)
Alternate day (Friday nights, Sunday night)

4/18 works best for me. However, I'm not against Friday nights either.
